Perfect Samuel

Created for the "Speed Scrap" at Digi-Designs by Nicole on March 17 (St Pat's Day) using Nicole's "Best Friends" kit. My first-ever speed scrap, and the page is not all that impressive, but I do love little Samuel so here he is!

In summer 2008, Kiara came to spend a few days with us in Hugo, and that's when these pix were taken.

Sunshine Studio Ad Challenge

I finished this page of a great day last summer for a Sunshine Studios ad challenge. I hadn't realized until I started going through the pix of that day how MANY babies we have right now! And this isn't all - I couldn't fit them all in. There's Nila, and Grace (ok maybe pushing baby a bit) and Nathan and John and Mia and - just an awful lot! Isn't it awesome?

Meech's 16th Birthday Surprise

A page I created for Pretty Scrappy birthday theme challenge - back before all the stuff happened. If you know where Meech & Justin are now, you can see why this page makes me terribly sad instead of happy. I love those boys, regardless, though.

Another challenge from Pretty Scrappy. This uses the Pretty Scrappy kit "It's My Party" from March, 2009. Also, my beautiful, BEAUTIFUL little cousin, Mia!

Amaria's 5th birthday - Princess!

A layout I made for Pretty Scrappy challenge "what's in the box" where they gave out a certain set of items, and we had to create a layout using them. Scrap kit made by "Just Passin Thru". Kid made by God!

Oh, this and the last one, by the way, made with Scrap'n'Tag's collaboration kit, Spirit of Summer, which people received by donating to the Australian Bush Fire fund. Very sad what happened - but VERY awesome kit! Thanks ladies!

Well, I have been digi-scrapping, mostly in my head, since 2005, and just lately I have gone nuts with all the awesome free stuff people offer on their blogs. So after collecting about 40GB (yep, four-zero!) of free "stuff" I finally sat down this weekend to make some pages (outside of my head, that is, where there are about 20 million of them) and here is the first effort. Note the non-squareness - it is because my computer screen at home is pretty small, and I thought I had the whole page showing, but I didn't, and it looked goofy with a bunch of empty green at the bottom, so I had to cut it off. This is fun, I think I have an obsession that may rival knitting!
