New Action - Smoothing for PSE!!!

Finally, there is a smoothing action that will work with PSE - well, you have to have PSE 9, but if you do - this smoothing action (which one designer told me is the best she has used of all the ones she ever tried) is for you!! It also works for all versions of PS CS. If you have purchased my Knittinjen's Handy Designer Tools product, don't buy this, as it's the same action included in that bundle. Enjoy!!
